How do I use the crossword solver?
Select the word length from the buttons above (3–8 letters). Each box represents one letter position. Type a known letter in a box, or leave it blank for an unknown letter. Click "Find Words" to see all dictionary words that match your pattern.
What does a blank mean in the crossword solver?
An underscore (_) or empty box represents any unknown letter. So "_ A _ E _" matches any 5-letter word where the 2nd letter is A and the 5th letter is E. Leaving a box empty has the same effect as typing an underscore.
